Good Afternoon. I have been updating all morning, trying to get caught up with all my posts. Make sure that you scroll all the way down as I have put several new posts up today. Unfortunately I put the most current at the bottom…wasn’t thinking about that as I was posting. I’ve also added some photos to my SCS gallery: Poopsie and I just created an album on PTI’s forum: Stacy’s creations using PTI products. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the day. The boys and I are going to go for a walk and make new library bags…hopefully I can post those later.

Two teachers at my school had babies and there was a combined shower for them. They both had girls so I decided to make the same gift for both of them. Here is a picture of the whole package…sorry the photos are dark again. We had several weeks of cloudy skies and rain. I stamped the bunny image onto a onesie with ColorBox chalk rouge ink and then heat seat it. I just love this image. The set has other cute images too. It’s a shame I had to get it in Omaha because out Michaels does not have a very big collection of stamps. They are just started to re do it and it’s about time! The first time I saw this set was when we were at the Sioux City, Iowa Michaels….which has a huge collection of stamps. I bought the boy set because it’s mostly boys in our families. But then I continued to think about this girl set and really wanted it. We took the boys to the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo for Gaven’s birthday and I was able to swing in to one of the Michaels and pick this set up! I am so happy I did…isn’t it just the cutest image
Then I stamped some labels and wrapped them around the nuggets. I stamped the pink image several times on white cs, punched it out and then stamped congratulations on it.
Here is a close up of the onesie and chocolates.
Here is a close up of the tag I stamped.

For Teacher appreciation at our school we don’t do teacher appreciation but rather staff appreciation because it takes everyone to make our school a school family like it is. So I whipped up these little baskets of goodies for the educati0n assistants in my room. It’s a little ceramic dish with lotion and hand sanitizer from Bath & Body, Hershey’s nuggets with labels on them that are the same as the tag. Sorry, the photo is a bit dark
Supplies: ribbon-the Paper Studio, twine-PTI, Colorbox chalk lime green ink, StazOn jet black ink, sentiment-studio g, apple-K&Company: Carolyn Gavin greenhouse stamps and ink, punch-EK

We celebrated my boys’ birthdays a few weekends back. Tanner got several Buzz Lightyear toys and was very excited about them. Since is birthday was after the big family celebration he wanted cupcakes that were like Buzz Lightyear. Not owning any (or knowing that they were out there because I just saw some last week) I pulled out my Technique Tuesday Rocket Man set. I showed him the little alien guy and he loved it! We baked up some vanilla cupcakes and whipped up a batch of icing and created this little guys. I didn’t mix the blue food coloring in all the way so that it would have that galaxy feeling and then we sprinkled Wiltons’ White Sparkling Sugar sprinkles and blue sprinkles on to for added affect. I stamped the image in StazOn jet black ink and then colored it in with markers, then punch them out with my circle punch. Next I put Scor-Tape on the inside of two circle punches and sandwiched a toothpick in between them. Then we stuck them into the cupcake and brought them to school for snack on his birthday. I am so happy with how they turned out as was the birthday boy :) These little toothpick cupcake toppers are so fast and easy to make too. I have done them for several years now.
Here’s a little close up of the cupcakes.

So a few weeks ago we celebrated the boys’ birthdays together with all the family. It’s hard to believe Gaven is 3 and Tanner is 6…where does the time go?On tradition that my siblings and I had growing up was that our mom always made our birthday cakes. I think my first store bought cake was in high school and it was a DQ frozen ice cream cake…need I say more. Anyway, I have started the same tradition. My boys have yet to have a store bought cake for their birthdays. This year they wanted trains again. We seem to to alternate between trains and dogs, Clifford in particular. My oldest requested his daddy’s engine and my youngest asked for Thomas the Train. So my mom and I got together and came up with these two cakes. Sorry ladies, there’s no paper crafting or stamping involved with these, I just wanted to share them with you all :) First up is Thomas the Train.
Here is our take at my husbands engine, obviously changing the wording and engine number.

My sister-in-law graduated from high school yesterday. My mother called me up and asked to make a card basket for her open house. Here’s what I came up with. I was so happy to have the car image from PTI because I think it turned out super cute. I love you the rhinestones turned out on the head lights too. There is a close up of the tag after this picture.

I wanted to say thank to the custodians who take care of my classroom and students. I wanted something simple and masculine, yet springy. I decided to make this card for each of them. I stamped the screwdriver image first and then came back and stamped the lines. Then I added the sentiment from PTI’s fillable frames set #1.
Supplies: PTI fillable frames #1, Close to my Heart Tool Time, Colorbox Chalk Ocean Breeze Paint Box, white cs

Our librarian decided to retire this year. Here is a little card and matching book mark I made for her. She had commented towards the end of the year that she was looking forward to reading “big kid” books. That is what gave me the idea to make her a book mark and then when I was on Project Tuesday, that was also their challenge for this last week. I love this striped paper from the Paper Studio. I have been to Hobby Lobby several times to pick more of it up. It’s so cheery don’t you think.
Supplies: Colorbox chalk lime green ink, StazOn jet black ink, PTI Mega Mixed Messages (Happy Retirement), BoBunny Sophie clearly stamps (flowers), Spellbinders Nestablilties labels four, ribbon from the Paper Studio, staple, white cs, printed paper-the Paper Studio bold multi stripe

Today was our last day of school. I have so much I want to get done, I don’t know where to start. I can’t believe I haven’t blogged since March. I have lots of projects to share with you. I’ve had baby showers, birthdays, graduations and the end of the school year. It’s been pretty busy around here. I am sharing a little treat bag I gave to the office staff today. I used white cs, Stazon jet black and mustard ink. I picked up this sun set at R Scrapbook Store and I’m so glad I did (I almost didn’t!). It’s called sunny by We R Memory Keepers. The sentiment is studio g. The baggie is filled with Mike and Ikes. Thanks for looking, keep stopping in because I’m hoping to keep updating my blog until I’m caught up. And then I will start new projects
